Got a question about attending the festival? These are the most commonly asked queries.
If you bought your tickets via the GICF website and See Tickets and you’re unable to locate your ticket confirmation, you can easily retrieve your booking using the link here. Alternatively, if you booked directly with the venue, please contact their box office and they’ll be happy to assist.
You’ll be able to purchase tickets on the door, as long as they’re still available for your chosen show. However, we always encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment!
Concession tickets are available on selected shows, at the show organiser’s discretion. Please check the show booking page.
The face value of a ticket is set by the show organiser. The ticket cost is the face value plus the See Tickets booking fee. This is charged on a per-ticket basis to cover the cost of the booking service, labour, credit card commissions and all the other costs.
All tickets are non-refundable.
GICF hosts hundreds of shows in multiple venues across the city and accessibility varies across each of our venues. Access information is displayed on the venue pages of our website, however, we always recommend contacting the venue in advance to ensure you have up-to-date information about the venue you are visiting.
