Kemah Bob comes to Glasgow with a WIP of her debut hour show, having supported Hannah Gadsby, Nish Kumar, and Desiree Burch on tour. She is the creator and host of the FOC IT UP Comedy Club & podcast, showcasing women and gender non-conforming comedians of colour, and has appeared on The Island with Tom Allen (Dave), Richard Osman’s House of Games (BBC 1), Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club (ITV), PLS Like (BBC 3), Guessable (Comedy Central), Question Team (Dave), Stand Up For Live Comedy (BBC), Don’t Hate The Playaz (ITV2), and Stand-Up Sketch Show (ITV2).
Kemah has written and featured on Nish Kumar’s Hello America (Quibi), Charlie Brooker’s Death to 2020, Death to 2021 and Attack Of The Hollywood Clichés! (all for Netflix).
Kemah is a regular co-host on The Guilty Feminist podcast, playing the Palladium and Barbican and joining their UK tour. They can also be heard featuring on… well too many other podcasts including: Off Menu, James Acaster’s Perfect Sounds, Sarah Millican’s Elephant in the Room and Brett Goldstein’s Films To Be Buried With.
